Is Powerball The Same In Colorado and Arizona?

For decades people have been playing chance games like state run lotteries for the thrill of someday winning a mega jackpot. This is especially true for people playing Powerball. Colorado, for example, has had many people lining up at the local convenience store, or state lottery, to get their weekly Powerball tickets.
